Responsibilities:
The role requires analytical acumen, solution orientation, critical thinking skills and the ability to understand, interpret and present accurate data in a manner to provide insights or highlight key trends.
The role is expected to maintain highest level of data accuracy and validation and act independently to make timely and informed
Data Management and Analysis:
Obtain, document and analyze Onsitego reporting needs and requirements through collaboration with department leaders.
Translate ad-hoc reporting needs into dashboards via Excel, Tableau
Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source of truth where possible
Ability to handle various data sources to automate data report creation where possible.
Increased focus on analytics and on providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities.
Build understanding of business and operational strategies and identify critical metrics required to support those strategies
Technical Skills:
3+ years relevant experience working with the following tools – Advanced Excel and Tableau (preferred but not compulsory)
Strong qualitative, quantitative analytical skills with proven problem solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business
Individual should be self-motivated, flexible, have a keen eye for detail and display a very high degree of ownership & accountability
Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate, multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines
Experience: 3+ years
Qualification: Graduate
