Job Purpose:
This role will support the business with their manpower requirement, resolve employee issues and help improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
● Source and screen applicants through online channels, such as Apna Job, Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
● Support the business with adequate manpower.
● Provide HR expertise to the assigned business in the areas of employee relations, feedback, coaching etc.
● Ensure the new joiner is well equipped to perform by ensuring his/her pre-post onboarding formalities, HR inductions and adherence to HR processes like assigning buddy, issuance of ID cards, IT assets, alignment to training team for product and process training etc
● Regular HR connects with the employees to understand the employee issues and align with business to provide resolution.
● Taking care of exit formalities – asset handover, understanding the reasons for exit, intimation to relevant teams.
Desired candidate profile:
● 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
● Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
● Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
● Preferred from Service industry
● Proficient with MS Office - MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Qualification: MBA (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or similar field
